[iyonix-support] Large file on Iyo

I have been sent a large rtf file (c 24 MB) which I am attempting to load
into Easiwriter 8.63. On doing so I get the message could not open file
because memory full. It is a long time since I have encountered this
problem but seem to recall there is a straightforward work round. I am
running RO 5.16. I would be grateful to anyone who can remind me.
