The first thing to try is removing all expansion cards and memory and
reinserting them to ensure that good connections are made all round. If
problems still persist, try removing any additional PCI cards other than
the a single graphics card and USB needed to operate the machine, and any
extra hard discs or optical drives to see if the stability improves.

The two main areas of suspicion are then the PSU which has been known to
cause stability issues and the memory. The memory is straight forward and
fairly cheap to try an alternative stick, the PSU less so. Your final
option is returning the motherboard to Castle for testing

This is the correct list for issues that are specific to the Iyonix, such
as this one. It is general software enquires common to any version of RISC
OS which are better handled elsewhere.
