[iyonix-support] Iyonix sound sample rates

Does the Iyonix's sound system support sample rates other than
44100 Hz for output and/or input?

I'm experimenting with DigitalRenderer, and it appears that
the actual sample rate is /way/ higher than 8000 Hz despite
my settings and despite the readback from DigitalRenderer.
I'm getting playback from SampleEd 0.55 which also plays back
the file /way/ too fast and finishes in roughly a fifth of the
time it ought to take.  The symptoms are the same, really, in
SampleEd and DigitalRender.

I do also have a Soundblaster SB0220 in there, but I don't
think there should be any difference as a result.
