Glad to hear it is now o.k. lets hope it is a permanent fix.

For the record:
Selecting 'Format' rather than 'Initialise' doesn't actually do anything on
IDE drives, why the option hasn't been removed know one seems to know!
Always use 'Initialise' in future.

Also the soak test is not normally needed and yes can take a very very long
time to complete a cycle and never ends until the space bar is pressed and
even then takes a to complete the current cycle.

I suspect that is due to the old map being held in RAM
