Certainly is! Although you may not have been actively using your machine,
are you sure your machine was not doing anything for you?
e.g. Saving the Pluto index after a period of inactivity; fetching emails
every xx minutes; fetching newsgroups every xx minutes; or anything else
that may result in any processing at all? Particularly network or disc
activity?
