The PSU voltages have been quoted many times by JB obn Iyonix-support, eg

I experienced machine lockups often when writing files to disc: the
larger they were, the more frequent they were. I checked my PSU with a
DVM, and it was reading 5.08v whatever I was doing.

However, I replaced the PSU, and no such problems since!

I do have a little test program to write lots of large files to disc
which helped me to diagnose the problem with my machine. Just ask if you
want to try it.
