Mine had all the hardware mods done by Castle a couple of years ago,
but started having random freezes after I upgraded to 5.11 about six
months ago.  On most occasions the only symptom is a refusal to move
the mouse pointer on the screen;  but it is clearly still recognising
the mouse, as random movements of the mouse followed by menu-button
clicks produce appropriate menu screens.  But occasionally it just
freezes totally.  When it does that I usually have to power down at
the mains, count to at least 30 and start up again.  I've been unable
to identify any causal pattern.  Annoying!
