Never, that is just so the opposite of what I find. (Must learn smilies!
Broadband is such a variable I am sure we have a variety of
perceptions.) What follows is via PlusNet a reputable top of the range
ISP, (smilie).
BT recently changed a bit of my line and I can now sync at 7360Kb/s.
Previously I was on a slower router syncing at around 2500kb/s. A lot of
the time not much difference is seen which I put down to slow servers.
When it is not busy, when the road is clear so to speak, the bottleneck
is not the broadbank link it is both ends. My feeling is that the Iyonix
is a bit slow relative to the rest of the world. Its strength is
elsewhere.

350kB/s is about the maximum on my Iyonix and that is with a 7Mb/s line.
Now for something contentious I compared download times on the Iyonix
against the A9home. I did two downloads on each of netsurf.zip and
report the faster here.
A9home 392kB/s
Iyonix 336kB/s

As I understood it the Giga bit on the Iyonix ethernet port was very
much in name only, it is not much faster than the 100Mb/s option.
