Now that IS obscure if druck doesn't know about it! Is there
documentation available?

It makes no discernible difference - tests just now were at the low
end of the normal range
The ISP recommended 153144. sysctl will accept that or larger
figures. speedguide.net reports anything bigger than 65532 as 65532.
Rebooting reset the value - where would an Obey file to set it on
boot-up need to be placed?
