I don't beleive its setable in RISC OS, although there could be a
*sysctl option that does it. Tom "I was born to network" Hughes might
know.
But in any case it isn't going to make much difference to your
connection speed. Tweaking MTUs and RWINs are only for squeezing the
last 100KB/s out of a couple of MB/s connection, and wont help if you
are getting drastically less than you expect from your ADSL line.
