An Iyonix can have one DIMM of 128MB, 256MB, 512MB or 1GB
Some software has issues with 1GB so unless you have special requirements
for lots of RAM 512MB is really the limit.
They are 184 pin DDR RAM rated at 200 or 266MHz PC2100 (CL2.5)
That exact spec is not normally available anymore but higher spec units
normally work though the standard caveat applies:
Only buy from a source who will take it back for a full refund if you can't
get it to work, or buy from a RISC OS dealer who will guarantee it to work.
n.b. Yes we sell units that we guarantee to work:-)
I've just put some S/H 256MB DIMMs on our product database they will appear
on our website shortly or in the meantime please email me.
