5.13 is only available via the same area as you obtain the paid for 
update to 5.12 from.

If you have 5.12 then you go to the Castle site and login

Also, just a reminder when you fit your new Graphics card first 
program in a Transfer ROM , then put your new card in the reprogram a 
FULL rom.

IyUPWtch is a I suggest now only applicable to software component 
updates like for the !Boot area and disk based RISCOS supplied apps 
updates.
