Maybe you may want to try the 2.4.27 kernel now that you have
installed Linux OK ?

How, just by replacing ADFS::HardDisc6.$.zImage with an updated one
such as the one from http://dev.gentoo.org/~vapier/iyonix/ ?

P.S. : Brian , please do NOT delete the other kernels you may
have. There should be three versions, 1st the one that came
with dinstall.zip, 2nd the one from chocky.org (Peter Naulls' site)
3rd the one from http://dev.gentoo.org/~vapier/iyonix/

I renamed these to zImage-version/num/ber respectively and had good success in adapting the !Run file in !dRun accordingly. This way
you always have got the older kernels as a fallback.
