[iyonix-support] Hard drive compatibility

I recently fired up my RiscPC, not having used it for some time. The HD made
its usual start up sounds, but boot terminated at the supervisor asterisk.
Typing in desktop displayed - eventually -  an error message (disc error 02).
It is not clear to me what the problem is likely  to be - disc, cable, or
something else.

To shorten the process, since I simply need some data which is on the RiscPC
drive, am I able to read it if I install it as is in the Iyonix?
