Slight correction here due to mis-remembering what I did actually
measure:

The output frequency response of the Iyonix is perfectly flat, well up
to 20kHz.

What I measured was the distortion / intermodulation distortion / etc
of the Iyonix input and input-sampling system against frequency. This
was what was most un-impressive, especially at 44.1kHz sampling rates.

All my other observations are still relevant.
