I can confirm that I have seen exactly this effect on 2 occasions since
commissioning our latest batch of 5.12 Iyonixes.  Not often, but only 2
working days involved!

The lack of response to the reset button is particularly unfortunate.  Users
have got used to resetting for the old pyjama stripes, but the only way of
getting out of the new pyjamas effect is to power off from the back... which
I don't particularly want users to start doing.

Agreed.  Rooms cool down overnight, but not below an acceptably cool room
temperature.  Definitely not any frost or condensation effects.
