Most likely, this is caused by an application that you copied over
from a previous system (with an IDE card) and that has some sort of
configuration file that still references files or directories using
absolute path names as found on your previous system.
Try to log your boot sequence using Martin Avison's Reporter. That
will show at which point in the boot sequence the error occurs.
