Physicaly remove it
You should still get a beep and the computer go through the boot
sequence i.e. the hard disc activity light flashing.
As you will have no display that is the limit of the test.

Card removed.
No difference. Same result as with the card installed:

0secs, press On. hi-pitched beep, green led, orange leds both on
harddrives (3) start up in sequence
By exactly 8secs, no more action, orange light remains on.
...
33secs orange goes off
