Andrew asked me to add some other things that it does more logically
than Outlook (He can't currently post for some reason)

Mpro actually inserts extra blank lines at the bottom, to create the
impression of white space for text entry. At the top of the email,
the phrase "in message xyz, abc wrote" is purposely placed at the very
top of the email, immediately followed by quotation. This provides an
optical (and verbal) effect that discourages top posting.

Caret position isn't usually at the top, either. The caret will start
life in the "To" field, usually.

(This one must be for MP 4 and above)

Finally, the signature separator includes instructions to users (that
vanish when typing begins) instructing them to type their message
above the signature separator, with signature below.

If the user *still* top-posts, it will warn users when they click
"send".
