Thanks for your reply George - I am aware of !ROFS but the computer
must be able to recognise the "SCSI" drive before this can be used as
I understand it. With a direct connection no such icons appear.
There is of course no problem using the 4GB CF card with a card
reader/!ROFS - I get 4 x SCSI icons labelled 0....3.
