OK. Translation issue here. I meant essential (i.e. you need one or
nothing happens).

It's not really the cost that bothers me. It's the fact that it has
broken down so soon. I know, I know. Four years probably isn't soon in
PC terms. I suppose I've been spoilt with that crazy RiscPC which has
just been working without any hardware related problems for nearly
thirteen years.
