my RISC PC is now 11 years old, it had a new PSU before I bought my Iyonix
(Dec 2002). But remember that the RISC PC was specially made for Acorn and
the cost was was fairly high - over £100 for a replacement.

Not particularly significant - except in size terms - CJE list them for £43
only 3% of the purchase price of my Iyonix.

Yes - 'luckily' mine failed at about 13 months and Castle didn't charge me
for a new one, but I did have to pay to send the machine back to them.
