I was thinking more of the sub-ten quid ones, when I was referring to
"cheap".  The kind of ones you get thrown in with the cheap cases you can
buy from PC box-shifters.

Computer Shopper had a theory that you should only buy PSUs that weigh
more than a given amount (I can't remember what figure they gave).  It
sounds bizarre, but there's a certain amount of logic in the idea.  Their
"Labs" section did a round-up of ATX PSUs a few months back, which named a
few to avoid.
