Not 10v. This was a mistake on my part but 5.09v - 5.10v (a senior
moment).

Checked power supply again with another multimeter (this one gets
re-configure on a monthly basis) and the reading is 5.11volts.

I will obtain a replacement power supply unit and report back if this
cures the problem or not.
