Sorry, I have been away.
I've just checked my web site versus my own archive of my web site.
The archive you mention was one of three which were short by 1 byte.
If you download it now, you should find it OK. (Make sure you don't
get a cached version!)
My apologies for the inconvenience.
I looked for the missing byte. One occurrence of 0D 0A was changed
to 0A only. I wonder if this was caused by a non-binary transfer?
But OTOH how would anyone have downloaded a good copy?
