128Gb is the DMA limit; RISC OS 5 can handle up to 256Gb on an internal
disc if you take the speed hit.

However, as Dave says, the NAS is a network server, so RISC OS doesn't
care how big it is.  As long as individual files are less than 2Gb, it
will be happy.

No, it doesn't.  The NAS will probably serve via a standard protocol such
as SMB or NFS, which will require a system such as LanManFS or LanMan98
(for the former) or SunFish (for the latter) to access it.

If you're using SMB, then paying for LanMan98 instead of using the copy of
LanManFS which is supplied with the OS will save you a lot of grief. 
SunFish is free and works well (but only for NFS, if you find a NAS that
supports it).

10 is 10mbps; 100 is 100mbps.  I don't that, even on the Iyonix, RISC OS
can take advantage of the full 100mbps anyway.
