I use DHCP on my Iyonix, with a router supplied by RComp
The Internet configuration options are as follows:
Interfaces: Motherboard ticked
Routing: Gateway 10.0.0.2
Act as IP router unticked
Run RouteD unticked
Routes file - no active commands
Host names Host name and local domain are user specific
Primary name server 10.0.0.2
Secondary and Tertiary name servers both blank
Try name server too is ticked
Name resolver module Resolver (Acorn)
Hosts file: This has entries for loopback (127.0.0.1) and
the router (10.0.02) only
User options This contains several lines as follows:
sysctl -ew net.inet.tcp.recvspace=63360
Set Inet$MimeMappings InetDBase:MimeMap
Set Inet$ResolverDelay 5
Set Inet$ResolverRetries 3
SetEval Test$Eval 1
RMEnsure Resolver 0.55 SetEval Test$Eval 0
If Test$Eval THEN ResolverConfig
Unset Test$Eval
