Very nice: I cannot now remember which ones I've tried before. There was one
which didn't have the nice window popping up to show the tasks/windows, and
there was another that did but didn't have the ability to switch between the
last two with a simple Alt-Tab.

Unfortunately, on our Iyonix, CoolSwitch doesn't entirely co-exist with Zap
properly. When a Zap window has the input focus then Alt-Tab will sometimes
cause a tab character to be inserted into the current window as well as bring
up the Coolswitch window.

Does anyone else find this?

I know that we used !AltTab on the RISC PC for a while (in fact, it may still
be running there) and did not have problems with Zap, so it must be possible
to avoid this effect if the software is written more carefully.

I'm not totally convinced that bringing all the windows for a particular task
to the front is what I would generally want to do, so perhaps I need to look
for a tool which does all windows in one long list. I see it ignores
iconised windows, which I suppose is a reasonable design decision but not the
way I'd have chosen to do it -- perhaps it's too difficult to include them.
It would also be good if pressing Esc got you out of the CoolSwitch selection
process without selecting anything.

More thinking to do, but good to have a bit more choice of 32-bit apps!
