Hi

I have had this problem for years; USB kick certainly doesn't help.

Re-arranging what is plugged into the various USB ports sometimes
helpd.

I recently bought a card reader from PC World called "Dazzle Hi-Speed
USB 2.0" apparently made by Zio Corporation. Can't recall price but it
was cheap. I have found that plugging that into one of the USB ports
on the front brings up the icons every time and allows access to the
various card types it takes including Flash which I wanted.

Hope this helps

Regards

Tim
