[iyonix-support] Boot Configuration gone awry

Please can anyone help recover my boot application?

When I left click on the 'Add to Apps', 'Look at' or 'Run' in the 
'Boot sequence' window my Iyonix OS 5.11 with USB2 support gives the

"no stack for trap handler... &FC117900, pc= 00000000
with registers at 00001039C, 0000103F8 and 000104DC respectively.

From machine start I get 'Uncaught trap error'
&FC117900, pc=&FC166FD0 registers at 000018FC

*Toolbox reports Toolbox 1.52  (17 Jan 2003)

I may have caused the problem myself when running ScanMod but I have
only deleted a few modules that were duplicated in ROM.
