I have it (AP) but almost never run it, so it isn't that.

Hmmm. I don't think I'd eliminate the possibility at this stage; though as I
said in a slightly earlier reply, the OHCIDriver module is highest on the
list of possible suspects ATM.

Never seen the Mac freeze, ever, though not yet a long acquaintance.  Mine is
an Intel, with the latest Mini OSX update.  (A very good complement to RISC
OS too, I might add, and the UI is years ahead of WinXP.)

Almost always; though not generally serious.  In fact none of the
misbehaviour is particularly serious in operation; far less inconvenient than
not having a KVM at all.
