I haven't tried this yet, but I have thought to use *where after the last two
 non-frozen errored boot or "return to Iyo from Mac" events.

In both the cases so far (one of each), *Where has shown an error in the
OHCIDriver, address FC1BFB04 at offset 00003D2C.  Two swallows don't make a
summer, but it is a coincidence if no more.

As a USB component, OHCIDriver (0.29 BTW) does sound like a likely suspect,
or an accomplice at least -?

I'll have to do some booting trials to check these out; and indeed to see if
there are any non-OHCI errors.
