Not here, so far. My score since using *where, is 4 OHCIDriver errors, and 1
DeviceFS; all sounds highly USB-centric to me. (Not likely to be on the video
or audio channels.)

How's this for a theory? - KVM tries to communicate via USB with its
/optional/ software, which could be loaded on each client. RISC OS doesn't
know what to do with the message, so throws up an error. The fact that the
errors are not present on every switchover does tend to argue against this
theory though. ISTM that the Iyo has to be switched out for a significant
time to get an error message; possibly as much as half an hour.

I did have the USB plugs incorrectly transposed on the switch at first, which
aged eyesight didn't spot till later. My impression is that full-blooded
freezes [which only occurr(ed?) when the Iyo is started up with its KVM
channels inactive] have reduced or stopped; however the error messages are
(nearly?) always present when I return or activate the Iyo link.

As well as Michael's suggestion, the order of loading can be highly
significant. I now "load modules after desktop" FWIW, and have much less
trouble in general.
