I get something similar. Also a Belkin KVM (4 port). Just restarted
to provoke the error. In this case it was FC129F08, which is the
WindowManager (RO5.12). I am unsure if it is always the same
address.

After this, the scrolling with the wheel does no longer work, which
is why I blame HID. Not sure this is correct, though.
