If you can't return the KVM, does the unit also have PS/2 outputs (Some of
the OmniViews do IIRC) If yes, then use a USB to 2xPS/2 adaptor and the
problem is likely to go away!
n.b. Only a minority of USB to 2xPS/2 adaptors are Iyonix compatible (About
6 out of 10 have failed for us)
We do have compatible units in stock.
