Aux out is labelled on the back of the case above line out and mic to 
the side of it. Turning it up or down doesn't seem to affect the 
volume coming through the headphones attached to it.

The front corresponds to headphones volume and another mic socket.

I don't understand why the different sockets in configurations have 
either a double or single speaker-symbol either.
