OK apart from suggesting that you read the built in help for Geminus
available by clicking the menu button over the Geminus icon on the
iconbar, here is how you do it:

Make sure Ancestor+ is running

Click menu over the Geminus icon on the iconbar and select the Choices
sub menu.

From the resultant main Geminus choices window select settings.

From the next menu window select "Add Application" , this brings up a
long list of applications so find Ancestor+ and click on it.

This adds it to the small window labelled "Acceleration Options"

Find it in there and untick all the 3 boxes to the right of it.

Then click set.

Close down your machine and the next time Ancestor+ is run it will not
use Geminus.
