run the application's program.

Sometimes they wont though, incorrectly relying on the filer to have
booted it before running. Therefore !Configure's Run at Boot util will
generate a Filer_Boot and Filer_Run line for each application added to
the Desktop file. If you create your own scripts to automatically run
applications, it is recommended you follow this practice to avoid
problems.

Or look (at !Boot and !Run) before your leap.

Often is not always so, no, that means sometimes !Run does not include
!Boot.

There is no need, it is always safe to issue a Filer_Boot even if it has been performed before.
