Not come across any PCs that report voltage, if any do they would need
special hardware to do so which is very unlikely to be in an Iyonix.

Even if it was it may not help, the 'low' voltage (which is actually within
tolerance) itself is not the problem but a symptom of a problem in the PSU
of correct 'regulation'. So the voltage test is not conclusive, i.e. the
voltage could be o.k. but regulation still bad or the voltage out of the
range mentioned below but no problems.

Network problems that are not fixed by a PSU change are normally fixable
with the installation of a PCI network card.
