[iyonix-support] A Request

Since, in my experience at least, the only problem the Iyonix suffers from
is a failing PSU, which produces subtle symptoms which can be
misinterpreted - I went off and bought a replacement hard-disc, worried by
the apparent errors which subsequently proved to be down to a low voltage
PSU - is there some bright spark in the community who can write a little
utility to check the relevant voltage on the m/b?

Yes, one can dismantle the Iyo and get a voltmeter onto appropriate
connections, but a little diagnostic utility would be so much easier to
keep an eye on things.

I seem to remember seeing such a readout on a Windoze machine, along with
core temperatures, etc., so it should be possible.

Any volunteers?

The reason for my sudden interest is new strange behaviour from !Samba
(0.08 17:01:37 Nov 17 2002) which now occasionally fails to serve, and
also unusual behaviour by !Pluto which of late says it has lost data and
requires laborious Article repairs.
