But is it what it appears to be? Would it stop with routing Government communication through Nixi? Or is there an unspoken hint of a plan to force all Internet communication through the National Internet Exchange point? The recent proposal to seek to get IPv6 address space allotted to India as a 'geographical' block, by any other name would be another step towards attaining total and complete surveillance capabilities over all Internet communication in India.
