More likely, you're being hit with the worm.
Have you applied the updated blocking script?
Is Packet Filtering available / enabled?
Is your ISA patched against the Blaster worm?

Anyone know if this issue would apply to a dedicated Win2k/ISA box? I've
had a couple of unexplained crashes of my ISA box since applying SP4.
Nothing in logs or dump that might give a clue.
