windows 2003/ISA 2000 and VPOP3/RDP

I have installed ISA 2000 on Windows server 2003 and VPOP3 server is also
installed on ISA server because My company is very small and it runs the
whole working hours.
My prolem is that external users can not access vpop3 from web and cannot
access RDP.
Please help me.
