websock proxy service goes down when ISA server is up and running

Hi,

I have a ms proxy 2.0 and exchange 5.5 running in my network. Exchange 5.5
communicates through the winsock service of ms proxy 2.0. I recently
installed ISA server EE to get going with ISA Server. The exchange server
IMS immediately stopped and will not start. The Winsock proxy service on
the proxy server also went down giving no error. It seems that ISA server
is communicating on port 25 through some service. I had to shutdown the
ISA server to start the winsock proxy service and had to restart exchange
server to start IMS Service.

I read couple of articles and have found that ms proxy 2.0/Exchange 5.5
can work simultaneously alongwith ISA server. How do I set up things so
that both(ms proxy and ISA) can run simultaneously and peacefully without
disturbing IMS and winsock proxy service.
