Hi Peter,

If there is a recipient policy for that domain, then you don't need to
allow relay, since the SMTP server is the endpoint. It doesn't need to
be relayed.

Hi David,

I don't think ISA is the problem here.

The error message indicates that the message may not be relayed through
the 
SMTP server.  Check the SMTP properties in Exchange.  Most likely need
to 
configure to allow mail for your domain to be relayed through. SMTP 
properties can be found using Exchange System Manager --> SERVERS |
<server 
name> | Protocols | SMTP.
