Are you running IIS on the same ISA box?
On the site configuration of IIS try to use "expire immediately" option.

Hi,
When we update some pages it seems that it keeps on sending the old pages
from the cache. The clients have already cleaned up the their local cache,
but even though they keep on getting the same old page.
Do I have do clean-up the cache on ISA or something to reflect the
updates?
