WebMarshal does this, and tons more for a pretty reasonable price. It not
only does "black-listing", but automatically adds previously un-identified
porn/gambling sites if they much a predefined text censor rule.

Subject: [isalist] site filtering

http://www.ISAserver.org

Hi all
I would like to be able to 'plug' a list of banned sites into my ISA server,
e.g. porn sites, gambling etc., but am not sure where I would get such a
list (and keep it updated of course), or what the best way to do this with
ISA is.

Does anyone have any experience/advice on the best way to prevent users
surfing to unacceptable sites?

Thanks in advance
Saira
