would the default one not work?
I am trying to make a smooth transition from one isp to another.
If I define the ip address for one isp and reboot everything works and
if I do the same for the other it all works but if I have both addresses
defined only the first one is reachable.

Have you created VPN packet filters for this IP?

Anyone know why when I add a second external Ip address to my ISA server
that is on a different ISP I cannot accept VPN connections on this
address?
