page cannot be displayed and sometimes displayed??????????

Hi all
I'm getting problem with my clients and server too
that most of the times I got in IE ..msg that page
cannot be displayed and sometimes I got the page or
website.
I tried several ISP's..but NO LUCK..
Any help would be great help for me.
