RE: outbound SSL - custom port - scripted?

Yep, the script is all that's needed.  No protocol rule / definition
required.  The script adds additional ports to the list that of ports
that are blessed by the web proxy service.  Out of the box the web proxy
service only allows traffic to flow on standard SSL ports.  Any other
ports need to be added and programatically is, for some reason, the only
way to do it.
